KK Phonetics Makes English Speaking Easy and Fun
Having "correct pronunciation" is a key point to learn English because correct pronunciation will influence students' learning, listening and speaking directly. However, for students living in a non-English environment, how can they learn to acquire beautiful pronunciation as native speakers in English-speaking countries?
"KK Phonetic Symbols" is a set of pronunciation materials especially designed for Taiwanese students. There are six volumes in total; twenty-two units in each volume. Beginning with A-Z letter tips and phonetic symbols practice, to introducing long/short vowels and diphthongs, understanding syllables, special pronunciation, mixed sounds, intonation, voiced/voiceless consonants, and stressed sounds in sentences, students can learn correct English pronunciation step-by-step and naturally. In addition, each unit is attached with in-class practices and after-class review homework so that teachers and parents can keep up with students' learning progress and results.
To shorten teachers' time in preparing classes, we suggest teachers follow the Teaching Guide and Chinese/English teaching CD. The Teaching Guide not only lists each unit's teaching goal, teaching contents/materials, must-remember phonetic symbols, lesson plan designs, and homework answer key, but also offers supplementary quiz, supplementary homework and answer key. Chinese/English teaching CD demonstrates correct pronunciation of letters and phonetic symbols in each unit, as well as records each unit's homework for teachers' teaching in class or students' learning at home.
Vivid teaching and practical exercises provided by this set of books are best for beginners! Let's follow "KK Phonetic Symbols" to develop fluent and correct English!
